SHIPPING & ORDER QUESTIONS

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

If your order has shipped, you should have received a shipping confirmation via email (we recommend double checking your spam folder just in case!). If you’re unable to find this information, contact us here!

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CANDLE?

Typically we are able to ship out orders within 24 hours of the day they are placed - Once your package is shipped it takes an average between 2-5 days for your candle to arrive on your door. However, please note, shipping during the holiday season typically has some delays. You will receive an email with your tracking number, so you will be able to track as your package as it gets closer! ​

WHAT DO I DO IF MY CANDLE ARRIVED DAMAGED? 

Our candles are packed with care, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the package and broken candle for either a refund or a replacement.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently only ship within the United States.

All our candles are shipped from Sarasota, Florida via USPS.

Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after the order is successfully submitted. When your candles are shipped out, another notification will arrive in a second email with package tracking information. 

Orders within the U.S. can be expected to arrive 4 - 7 business days after placing your order. AK and HI may require additional processing time. 

All average shipping times assume no delays. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from

weather and possible damage during transit. 

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA OR INTERNATIONALLY ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at the moment, but we hope

it will be a possibility in the near future as we continue to grow!
